Agreement to Terms

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe — all processed securely through Stripe
  • Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase
  • We do not store your full payment card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraud, or concerns with the order
  • If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method

6. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment
  • We ship from the United States and offer free shipping on all domestic orders
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped

7. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase
  • Pre-orders follow the same shipping, return, and refund policies as in-stock items
  • Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they enter the fulfillment stage

8. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery
  • Opened products are not eligible for return under any circumstances
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

All products sold by Relic Hobby are 100% authentic and factory sealed. We source exclusively from authorized distributors. We do not sell fakes, reproductions, or resealed products. If you believe you received an inauthentic product, contact us immediately at support@relichobby.shop.
