Orders
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@relichobby.shop with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they enter fulfillment. Email us as soon as possible at support@relichobby.shop with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be modified — our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply at that point.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email within an hour of placing your order, contact us at support@relichobby.shop with the name and email address used at checkout and we will resolve it immediately.
We are sorry about that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@relichobby.shop with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund at no cost to you — quickly and without hassle.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 4–10 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships from our facility in Alabaster, Alabama.
Yes — completely free, with no minimum order required and no hidden fees. Every single order ships free regardless of size or value. The price you see at checkout is the total price you pay.
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location, package size, and weight to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery of your sealed products.
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation at support@relichobby.shop with your order number and photos of any damage or the outer packaging. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve your case as quickly as possible. For stolen packages, please also check with neighbors and around your property before reaching out.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, factory-sealed items in their original condition. Opened hobby boxes, booster packs, or any other opened sealed product cannot be returned under any circumstances. To start a return, email us at support@relichobby.shop with your order number and reason for the return and we will walk you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider — this is outside our control once the refund is issued.
No — opened products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This applies to all sealed hobby products including hobby boxes, booster boxes, cases, and packs. Our return policy covers unopened, factory-sealed items only. This is standard across the entire hobby industry.
If the return is due to our error — such as a wrong item sent or a product damaged in transit — Relic Hobby will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on resealed, tampered, or counterfeit products. Every item is inspected before shipment to confirm factory seals are fully intact. We specialize in factory-sealed hobby boxes, sealed trading card cases, and collectible products from the most trusted publishers in the hobby — including Panini, Topps, Bowman, Pokémon, Upper Deck, and more. No — and no retailer anywhere can. The specific cards, autographs, or inserts inside any sealed hobby box or booster pack are determined entirely by the manufacturer at production. This is standard across the entire trading card industry. What we guarantee is that every product leaves us 100% factory sealed, untampered, and exactly as it left the manufacturer.
Availability is shown in real time on each product page. If an item you want is sold out, email us at support@relichobby.shop and we will notify you as soon as we have a restock date or if a pre-order option becomes available.
Payment
We accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe — all processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment platform. All options are available at checkout with no additional fees.
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase — for both in-stock and pre-order items. A confirmation email is sent to you immediately after your payment is successfully processed. We do not offer payment plans or buy-now-pay-later options at this time.
Absolutely. All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed exclusively through Stripe. We never store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers at any time. Your financial data is handled entirely by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 security standards — the highest certification in the payment industry. See our Secure Checkout page for full details.
If your payment is declined, first verify your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are entered correctly. You can also try an alternative payment method such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. If the issue persists, contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions or holds on your account. Pre-Orders
Full payment is collected when you place your pre-order. Once the product arrives at our facility in Alabaster, AL it enters our standard fulfillment process — 1–3 business days processing followed by 3–7 business days delivery. Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. If a release date changes significantly, we will notify you by email right away.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the fulfillment stage — meaning the product has arrived at our facility and your order has begun processing. If you need to cancel before that point, email us as soon as possible at support@relichobby.shop and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days.
Release date delays are determined by manufacturers and distributors — they are outside our control. If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you by email as soon as we receive updated information from our distributor. Your order will ship as soon as the product becomes available at our facility. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.
Wholesale
Yes — we work with verified hobby shops, resellers, and bulk buyers. Email us at support@relichobby.shop with the subject line "Wholesale Inquiry" including your business name, website or marketplace profile, state of business, and estimated order volume.
