We believe in complete transparency. Our guarantee does not cover:
- The specific cards, autographs, or inserts pulled from any sealed product — pack contents are determined solely by the manufacturer
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or altered after delivery
- Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Products returned outside the 30-day return window
