Thank you for your interest in wholesale purchasing with Relic Hobby. We work with a select group of wholesale partners, resellers, and bulk buyers who share our commitment to authentic, factory-sealed collectible products. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and process for wholesale orders placed with Relic Hobby.
1. Who Can Apply for Wholesale
Wholesale pricing and bulk order arrangements are available to:
- Registered retail businesses and hobby shops
- Online resellers with an established storefront or marketplace presence
- Event organizers purchasing products for tournaments, conventions, or group breaks
- Bulk buyers purchasing qualifying quantities for personal or gifting use
We reserve the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at our sole discretion.
2. How to Apply
We do not offer an automated wholesale portal at this time. All wholesale inquiries are handled directly through our support team.

- Your full name and business name (if applicable)
- Your website, storefront URL, or marketplace profile (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
- Your state of business and resale certificate or tax ID (if applicable)
- The products or product categories you are interested in
- Estimated monthly or quarterly order volume
- Any specific upcoming releases or products you are looking to source
Our team will review your inquiry and respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale pricing is available on orders that meet the following minimum thresholds:
- Minimum order value: To be discussed and agreed upon during the wholesale onboarding process
- Minimum order quantities vary by product category and availability
- Case-level purchases are preferred for most wholesale arrangements
- Single box wholesale pricing may be available depending on product and volume
Specific minimums will be confirmed in writing before any wholesale order is processed.
4. Pricing & Discounts
- Wholesale pricing is offered on a tiered basis depending on order volume, product type, and ongoing relationship
- Wholesale prices are not published publicly and are shared privately with approved partners
- Pricing is subject to change based on manufacturer cost fluctuations, availability, and market conditions
- Relic Hobby reserves the right to adjust wholesale pricing with reasonable notice to active partners
5. Payment Terms
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to processing and shipment
- We accept the same payment methods as our retail store: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe — all processed securely through Stripe
- We do not currently offer net payment terms (Net 15, Net 30, etc.) for new wholesale partners
- Net payment terms may be considered for established partners with a proven order history at our discretion
6. Shipping for Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale orders ship from our location in Alabaster, Alabama
- Free shipping is available on qualifying wholesale orders — this will be confirmed during the order process
- Large or heavy wholesale orders may require freight shipping — costs and arrangements will be discussed prior to order confirmation
- Processing times for wholesale orders are 2–5 business days depending on order size and product availability
- Tracking information will be provided for all shipments
7. Product Authenticity
All products sold through our wholesale program are 100% authentic and factory sealed. We source exclusively from authorized distributors. We do not sell resealed, tampered with, or counterfeit products under any circumstances. Our wholesale partners can represent our products to their customers with full confidence in authenticity.
8. Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders
- Wholesale orders follow the same return eligibility requirements as retail orders
- Items must be unopened and factory sealed to be eligible for return
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Wholesale orders that have been partially opened or distributed are not eligible for return
- Shipping costs for wholesale returns are the responsibility of the wholesale partner unless the return is due to our error
9. Resale & Representation
Wholesale partners who resell Relic Hobby products agree to:
- Represent products accurately and honestly to their customers
- Not misrepresent product contents, condition, or authenticity
- Not reseal, tamper with, or alter any products purchased from us
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale of collectible products
- Not use Relic Hobby's name, logo, or branding in any marketing materials without prior written consent
10. Termination of Wholesale Agreement
Relic Hobby reserves the right to terminate any wholesale arrangement at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of any terms outlined in this policy
- Misrepresentation of products to end customers
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Failure to maintain minimum order volumes (where agreed upon)
- Any conduct that reflects negatively on the Relic Hobby brand
11. Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing, terms, and any agreements made between Relic Hobby and its wholesale partners are confidential. Partners agree not to disclose pricing or terms to third parties without our written consent.
