At Relic Hobby, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every order is carefully packed and shipped from our location in Alabaster, Alabama. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


1. Where We Ship From

2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required, no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has shipped
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: 4–10 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by carrier volume, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control may occur and are not the responsibility of Relic Hobby

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted U.S. carriers including but not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on order size, weight, and destination to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@relichobby.shop.


7. Packaging & Care

We take great care in packaging every order. Hobby boxes and sealed cases are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We use appropriate box sizes and protective materials to ensure your collectibles arrive in the same condition they left our facility.


8. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Relic Hobby is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@relichobby.shop. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations around your property
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation
  • If the issue is not resolved, contact us at support@relichobby.shop and we will do our best to assist you
  • Relic Hobby is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing due to theft or misplacement after delivery

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the outer packaging and the item(s) inside before opening further
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@relichobby.shop
  3. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and your photos

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


11. Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items follow the same shipping policy as in-stock items. Once a pre-order product becomes available and is ready to ship, it will be processed and dispatched within the standard 1–3 business day processing window. You will be notified by email when your pre-order ships.

12. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Relic Hobby ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
