Overview
At Relic Hobby, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The item is unopened and factory sealed in its original condition
- The item has not been tampered with, resealed, or altered in any way
- The original packaging is intact and undamaged
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened hobby boxes, cases, or packs
- Items showing signs of tampering or resealing
- Digital or downloadable products
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Pre-order items once they have shipped (same policy as in-stock items)
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@relichobby.shop within 30 days of your delivery date
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request — we will respond within 1–2 business days
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address
- Ship the item back securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged in transit, etc.), Relic Hobby will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to buyer's remorse or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link by Stripe)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account (this is outside our control)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@relichobby.shop. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Pre-Order Returns
Pre-order items follow the same return policy as in-stock items. Once a pre-order has shipped and been delivered, the standard 30-day return window applies. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the item has entered the fulfillment stage.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Opened products of any kind
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Shipping fees (where applicable)
